Anna Szwaja

Graduate of the Faculty of Industrial Forms at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. After graduating in 2004, she began working at her alma mater in the Alternative Design Studio, as an assistant to Prof. Mieczysław Górowski. After defending her habilitation thesis in 2021, she works as a Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts. She also teaches at the Academy of Applied Sciences in Tarnow, Poland, in the field of design. In addition to teaching, she is involved in graphic and product design, as well as photography and ceramics. She has participated in group and individual exhibitions. Her achievements also include conducting workshops on handicraft techniques and curating exhibitions including several related to GDD.
