Iga Węglińska is a multidisciplinary designer and researcher specialised in human–garment interactions. She works in the fields of fashion and product design with a focus on new technologies – in both physical and digital environment. Since 2014 she has been running her own design studio focused on cross-disciplinary R&D projects related to human–garment interactions, HCI, smart materials, new technologies, experiments and researches based on the topic of merging human body with new technologies. She works as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Design at Academy of Art in Szczecin where she leads the Fashion Design Studio. She also works as a lecture at School of Form at SWPS University in Warsaw.
